Soft Tacos

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp sliced jalapeno peppers
- 6 flour tortillas
- Grated cheddar cheese
- Salsa
- Sour cream
Seasoning Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp McCormick Hot Chili Mix
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1-1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
Procedure:
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet. Drain all the liquid. Toast it for better results.
- Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Put however much seasoning mixture you want in your beef.
- Add the jalapeno peppers.
- Serve on flour tortilla with some cheese, sour cream, and salsa.
- Enjoy!
Soft tacos may not be a Pinoy Recipe but it is worth sharing here. Soft tacos is just some ground beef seasoned heavily with a lot of spices to make it really hot. This recipe is for somebody like us who like spicy food. You can make your tacos however you want. You can adjust the ingredients up to your preference. Add some shredded lettuce if you want. It would also be nice to use some chopped tomatoes and chopped onion instead of salsa. I’m telling you, you can’t go wrong with this. Try it and enjoy!
