Pork bola bola on a stick is just a  Pinoy recipe that I have made up.  We found it to be really good but the addition of the basil leaves made it tastes like Italian dish.  It’s still good even with the basil leaves but I guess we are going to leave it out next time we make it again.  And also, the next time we make this again, I think I am going to put some brown sugar to make it really tastes like pinoy style barbecue.

With the basil leaves on, Nunnie made a comment that this will be good with pasta.  I might try it next time when I get a chance.  But anyway, if you are looking for a new recipe for ground pork, you should try this Pinoy recipe of pork bola bola on a stick.  Why use stick?  It just makes it easier to flip it over when you are grilling it.
