Ingredients:

1/2 teaspoon finely chopped cilantro
1 medium-sized chopped red onion
2 stalks of chopped green onion
1 small-sized finely chopped jalapeno pepper
3 oz lemon juice
1 large diced tomato
dash of salt and pepper
cooking oil

Procedure:

Fry the tortilla until golden brown, then set aside.
Mix up all other ingredients.
Serve and enjoy
